About Aaron

Aaron Goldberg started playing golf in the Encinitas Ranch Junior Program and San Diego Junior Golf. Born July 19, 1985, Aaron grew up in Encinitas, Calif. and graduated from La Costa Canyon High School. He played collegiate golf at San Diego State University, where he was a 2-time All-American and was a member of the 2008 United States Palmer Cup Team.

Aaron turned pro in 2008, and joined the Canadian Tour in 2009. He was the 2010 Canadian Tour Player of the Year, setting the single-season money record. That year he won three tournaments on his way to the Canadian Tour Order of Merit. Aaron is currently playing on the Web.com Tour and resides in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Calif.

During his off weeks Aaron enjoys spending time with family and friends. He can usually be found at the beach, in the gym or in the kitchen working on becoming the next Iron Chef. He is a die-hard fan of the Padres, Chargers and SDSU Aztecs. He is still convinced there is a correlation between how loud he cheers and the outcome of the game.
